Phil McDaid (www.riderskills.co.nz) is starting scooter/motorcycle rider training sessions at Ellerslie Racecourse this coming weekend, Saturday 20th March, 2010 from 9.00am. He and a couple of other instructors will start rider training session at 9.00am and will then give another 2 sessions throughout the day, depending on how many people contact him for training. See his contact details below and find out the best time that suits you to do this training. | ||

The Triumph Owners (Franklin) in association with the Pukekohe Hot Rod Assn have invited the Magnetos Scooter Club to join them on their inaugural 'Mods, Rockers and Rodders' event. Meeting point for the start of this event is at the Hot Rod Club on Franklin Road, Pukekohe at 10.30am - the route for the ride is Pukekohe to Clevedon Hotel then on to Kaiaua for lunch and back to Pukekohe Hot Rod Club rooms which are situated by the Counties Rugby Stadium. It will be then time for the 'Show 'n Shine' :). | ||

Tiddler friendly run to check out the 'Bikes, BBQ and Blues' happening at the Fort Takapuna reserve at the south end of Narrow Neck Beach, 150 metres from the boat ramp. There is a $10 entry fee so it could be a ride around to check it out rather than going in - your choice. John D will be at the Shell Stn at Westgate at the end of Highway 16 at 1.00pm so meet him there for a club ride to Takapuna not via the Harbour Bridge so Jogs etc can join in :). | ||
