Wattle Bay would be awesome, I rode out to Hamiltons Gap which is just short of Wattle Bay and it was a mint ride. Good roads, nice scenery, good people...
Plenty of bits and pieces in Waiuku as well to stock up on. Small town New Zealand wouldn't know what hit them...
EBOP only 4hrs each way @ full noise........Ha Ha im off to Wellywood tomoro morning, looks like rain all the way BRING IT ON. ill toot on the way past Spanner man.
Folks, could somebody please supply the map? I am awfully new around here and have no idea where wattle bay is located and how to get there. Thanks! SG

sounds great to me. let's hope for good weather... how long will it take to get there you think?
brodie
Town to wattle bay about 90mins
The plan is Leave gilbraths car park (oppsite Oden) 1030
Stop off at the BP on the southern motorway for anybody out south /East leave at 1100
go out to wattle bay which will take about 45-50mins from there head back to Waikau 35-40mins stop for some lunch then head back to town for a beer
that sounds good actually.... anywhere with windy country roads i reckon. and a beer or wine. yup. choice.

try yellow maps.....it's the southern head of the Manukau harbour so real close as the crow flies but you pretty much have to go via Hamilton....
Don't throw...bloody spears...at me - M Caine, Zulu
go here and tap in Wattle Bay and this should see you right...
