Conditions of use
Paid Magnetos Scooter Club members sign a membership form agreeing to abide by the Club’s Constitution, the spirit of which is contained in these conditions.  As the Magnetos Scooter Club’s website also hosts non-members, it is considered necessary that all users agree to abide by the following as a condition of use:

Conditions
It is considered a privilege to post on this site by permission of the Magnetos Club NOT a right, as the Club owns the site.  Users are expected to ensure that their posts support the intent and purpose of the Magnetos, which is to promote amateur scooter riding and good fellowship within the Club and any future Chapters of the Club that may form.

• Members are expected to show respect at all times to other members.
• This is a family-friendly site. Make sure anything you post is suitable as such, for viewing by any age, sex, colour, and creed.
• Foul language and disruptive behaviour, unnecessary off topic postings, personal attacks against other members will be moderated and come under disciplinary procedures.
• No unauthorised advertising or promotion of your personal website or business is to be made.

Disciplinary Procedures
First Warning:          Private message –3 months probation after which it lapses.
Second Warning:      Final warning.
Third Warning:         Banned from site permanently.
Gross Misconduct:    Moderators reserve the right to ban without notice.

A record will be kept of the posts under consideration.  

Appeal Rights
In writing to the Committee at magnetosscooterclub@gmail.com via email, clearly stating the grounds of appeal. You will be notified within 7 days by either email or phone call.
