Waiheke - anyone care for a wee jaunt?

Cheeky & I were discussing the merits of blasting around our beautiful island paradise while the weather is still good.  Swimming, scooting and a bit of vino'ing (is that a word?)

Dates suggested were 23/24 Feb or 8/9 March

Anyone else wanta join us?

is also on the 24th Feb so probably not a good weekend to choose

er, shouldn't the inherent freedom that comes from riding a scooter allow one to ride (and invite others to ride) whenever you like?
not everyone would want to do/could do the rally nor the Westpac run. don't kill the spontaneity please.

I assure you that I have no wish to kill anyone's spontaneity, or to prevent anyone celebrating their inherent freedom, just that I would love to go to Waiheke with them but am already going to the rally. I was under the impression from their posting that they were soliciting opinions, cheers, rtch

Since 24th is accounted for, perhaps the 8/9 March or another date after Easter or early April could be considered?

I cant make an overnighter on 8/9 March unfortunately, but could make it for the Saturday 8th as a day trip if this ends up a goer?

Im good for 1/2 March - I suspect Wine Queen is unable to make those dates
