New club members and renewal subscriptions

Hi folks,

I've recently sent out a subs renewal email notice to club members and some 'older' ones who are club members from the past. The email msg didn't state what the score was for those who have just joined Magnetos but the attachment gave all the information so I will just make it clear here that new members who have recently joined the club over the past 2 months i.e. Sep & Oct '09 do NOT need to pay a renewal subscription at all as their membership covers them through to Oct 2010.

A BIG THANK YOU to all club members for their membership and paying renewal fees as it makes sure this club stays alive with so many scootering events on offer and your participation is what the club is all about :)

The renewal info in the attachment email that I sent is as follows:

The renewal subs are $20.00 and are payable either by:

1. Internet banking to the Magnetos ASB Account 12-3039-0348382-00 and please write your name for the reference information.

2. Pay by cheque to Magnetos Scooter Club and post to Magnetos SC, PO Box 26437, Epsom, Auckland 1344.

3. Or pay cash to Jennie Andrews, Treasurer, who will be on the Anniversary Ride, Sat 14 Nov ’09 and will be handing out the new 2009-2010 club badges to those who have paid their renewal fees.

For those members who have joined recently i.e. in September/October ’09, you will not have to pay a further $20 as your membership will cover you until Oct 2010.

For those who have joined the club in the June ’09 – Aug ’09 period you may pay a reduced renewal fee of $10 which will pay for the 2009-2010 membership and you will receive a membership badge. All other members will pay $20 renewal fees.
