Stedfast Park, Piha - This Sunday's CLUB DAY OUT - 21 February, 2010

This is the sign that you look out for after you come down the hill into Piha and turn RIGHT on to Glenesk Rd and this sign for Stedfast Park where the CLUB DAY OUT is being held is a few hunderd metres along on your LHS - enter by this sign and ride 100metres up to parking point....and then all the fun will begin :0)

SO make sure that you ALL come and bring all your family and friends - there will be 50cc scoots there for those who wanna have fun scootin' on the grass even if they have never ridden before - someone will be there to show them how to ride.

I notice that only a few - maybe about 11 so far have confirmed as coming - c'mon scooter guys and girls, you can do better than this. Put your name down for the BBQ so that we can cater for you. Bring your own picnic lunch as the BBQ is scheduled for early evng after we have had loads of fun doing slow races, treasure hunts for kids, walking to the nearby waterfall, playing scooter games and a host of other things. Even if your scooter is sick or dying, just come in your car, get your friends to drop you off and get them to stay too. If guests and family members come along who are not club members, could you plse pay Jennie (Treasurer) a gold coin donation to cover the cost of the BBQ sausies that they are most welcome to enjoy? Ta :).

I hope that you all have got the message that this will be a cool time to just be scooterboys and scootergirls along with friends and family in the neat surrounds of Piha. So make sure this Sunday is marked on your calendar as time to get in on the Magnetos Scooter Club action! YEAH!!! I think the weather is going to favour us too :0)
