The speedo stopped working in 1985 (give or take 20 years). Given the fact that a few internal bits are not original, including a relatively new late 60's SS180 crank, piston and barrel, I have no idea whether these are the originals or not...
...as are all your other shots of the engine breakdown of your gs scoot. Ha ha to the ss180 contribution to your go fwd power in your gs - ss180, the coolest vespa around :0).
Btw, I think that we are gonna have to add another category to the AGM Photo Awards and that will be 'Scooter Innards' ;) .... currently you are a front runner in that category!

I am enjoying combining my two passions of scooters and photography, given the lighting late at night in my garage, this has been a challenge. I may have to use a tripod for the assembly shots.....
