This is a great run and will go via Orewa on the way up to Wellsford, bypassing the Puhoi tunnel as they will be charging for scoots and bikes from 1 June 2010 and will stop at Wellsford for lunch. The way home via SH16 - for scoots capable of open road riding.
Count me in !
Nice to have a blat on the open roads - it will be a great run :)

To seeing some more intrepid riders braving the open roads out of the comfort zone of the big Auck.
Its the lack of the espresso smell.

Are you coming wit da jog, Stuart? If you are I'll bring the Liberty. Incidentally, Red Baron have a late 90s Yamaha 125 Beluga very tidy, they asking $1999 for it but may be a little flexible.....
and there is another small scoot run soon though.
Better for the larger scoots to have a free blast, someone will feel obliged to look after the straggler (me) so for the non tiddler runs I'm more than happy to pass them up.

If you're heading through Orewa "the old way", using the Hibiscus Coast Highway then you will pass through a wee area called Hilltop. On your right will be the Peninsula Golf Course, then a Fire Station, and on your left will be Moffat Rd. I live at No. 4 Moffat Rd. (2nd house on the left from the top) Perhaps you could re-group at my place and I'll join you from there? If someone could text me from Honeywell before leaving, I'll be ready and waiting...021 685885
