The very popular 'The Italian Job' ride has been rescheduled - get your Mafia or Moll gear on and ride like you've stolen gold bullion! Prizes for best dressed riders. Tiddler friendly, weaving in and out of alleys, capr parks, shooting down steps etc - all fun and a great ride. Bring $$$ for a pizza avo tea.
For those who are new to the club, the meeting place is Honeywell carpark which is at the bottom of Mt Eden on Mt Eden Rd.

This really is the sort of ride to be enjoyed in good weather. It is looking iffy for tomorrow, we will post an update on whether the ride will go ahead or not at 11:30am.
Bring your scoots and see you at Honeywell at 1:30pm today. As Ron might not be able to make it, the second half may be abridged a little!
If the weather does change, we will modify the plan along the way.
Showers and strong winds shouldn't cause too much trouble around the city.
My sincere apologies to Eddie, Mark (Pogo2), Paul and JWC for not being able to attend as I had planned to - an unforseen 24hr stay at hospital from yesterday, Friday to today, Sat avo, meant that Ron and I couldn't attend.
Promise you will get your prizes for the AGM Photo Caption Comp - see you on my next ride :)
Really looking fwd to seeing your photos of this ride, Eddie.

Trust you are all mended.
Been thinking about this ride but had to work today so wasn't able to make it anyway.
Next time!
Mark
It was my Mum who was in hospital but all is well again now :).
Yep, this ride is so much fun that we better have it again when Ron and I can go on it - but I hear that we may have to pick on another car park as the Magnetos on their, 'escape with the loot route,' raised the ire of the K' Rd carppark warden :)
Sounds like the ride went real well - thanks so much Eddie for taking over and doing Ron's part of it too. Much appreciated.
Cheers.

We had 14 scoots, all hooning around the city. Will post some photos soon!
Traffic lights are boring! Rules are made to be broken, carpark nazis are there to be tormented. There's two kinds of pedestrian, the quick and the dead.....
Seems there was a bit of all of that!
Not to mention a cold beer (and a few coffees) and some good conversation with some interesting folk (including Future Councillor Rex) at the Thirsty Dog.
