Now that's what you need for a great Club Night Ride - forget pies, fish 'n chips are the best - scream round the CBD and along the waterfront, call in at the FISH POT at Mission Bay and warm up with hot chips - YEAH!

we used to meet in Kingsland for one of these quite often back in the day... a good social atmosphere...
Great Fush n Chups just down the road from Cheltenham, North head or Mt Vic for some spectacular City Lights scenery. The Shore always gets my vote!
Around 2 years ago, I went with a group of m/cs on a night ride that at the time "blew me away". Went like this.
Left Jolly Farmer @ 7pm for Kaiaua, via Mangatawhiri.
Refreshments and snacks at the local pub at Kaiaua till 9pm, by which time a FULL moon on a cloudless nite appeared over the Coromandel hills. What a sight.
The group followed the coast north and at some spots on the ride, could have riden with lights off, as the moon was so bright.
Yes riding through the country on a moonlit night, hard to beat.
We should try it, as it has the Woh factor. johnD
