The annual Magnetos SC Anniversary Ride around the city is a great place to meet up with old and new scootering friends. Meeting at the car park, cnr of Mt Eden Road and Symonds St - nearest landmark is Galbraiths pub which is on Mt Eden Rd. This is the ride for everyone - even for those who read the website and don't come on any other run throughout the year!!! We welcome you all to join us :).
The ride will end with a BBQ at around 6pm so that we all will have time to chat and catch up with good, keen scootering folks.
The Treasurer will collect your annual subs and issue another fantastic coloured metal Magnetos SC badge for the 2011/2012 year.
if i cant get a scoot to ride, can i take up the rear on the harley????????????

Downsize ride, sounds like the opportunity I've been waiting for to exercise the mighty Super Mollet, slower than which might be solely the Solex.
The meeting place for the Anniversary Ride is at the Council car park on the corner of Mt Eden Road and Symonds St - plenty of room there for us all to gather and to renew membership subs to Jennie, the Club Treasurer, and to have a chat before the ride round the city to show off the Club.
Some people might call the meeting place, Galbraiths - the council car park is right beside it.
We've got a good ride planned with a great BBQ destination - see you all there.

Just a few things to check on the jog and I should be good to go...
but.........I'm snapping throttle cables regularly so I'm making sure my AA subs are up to date.

Great anniversary ride yesterday. A good turnout always makes for an impressive sight. Lots of photos taken, lots of smiles and laughs (derisive or otherwise) from the good people of Auckland. Ritchie looking ever the part on the Mighty Souper Mollet. I love that scoot, as did the car full of teenage guys at the lights....Some great looking "grunge" scoots too. I wonder if a shiny red spade would look good strapped to my GTS? As for that awesome sounding and looking 300cc Vespa...Wow! Thanks to all who organised the ride and BBQ. I hope I'll have more time this year to get out on some rides with you all
