MAICOLETTA UP FOR GRABS

Posted August 30th, 2010 by Maicoman

Shock/horror! I'm going to sell it. I've put it in the next NZCSC mag too. Not sure what's a fair price to ask. I've put $5500 in the mag but will answer all enquiries. Lots of spares and manuals go with it.

Are you getting out of scooters, or have you a new project?
Maicoman
May get another old scoot in next 12 months. I've got one real oddie in mind. At present I'm doing an electric boat. 4 metre.
what is the suspension and brakes like?
what sort of construction are they?
Is the front telescopic fork like a modern construction? oil over spring?
Maicoman
Suspension at back is swing arm with damper which was serviced about 12 months ago. At front is tele forks.
Construction is good ol' German solid steel chassis with all panels steel as well. No plastic in sight
Front forks are indeed oil over springs. Fork inners have been re hard-chromed with new seals.
